Shipping Policy


At Granos Hermanos, every order is packed with care from our base in the Netherlands.

Our goal is simple: get your coffee to you fresh, on time, and without complications.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 13:00 are processed the same day.

• We ship coffee that has been roasted between 1 and 10 days prior, so it arrives at the perfect moment.

• If an item is missing, we’ll let you know right away and find the best solution together.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

• Carrier: PostNL

• Expected delivery: 1 business day

• Shipping Monday to Friday

• Free shipping on orders above €55

EU Shipping

• Carriers: PostNL or DPD

• Estimated delivery times:

– Belgium: ~2 days

– Germany / France / UK: ~3 days

– Southern & Eastern Europe: 4+ days

Local Pick-Up

If you choose pick-up, we’ll email you as soon as your order is ready.

We always try to prepare pick-up orders as quickly as possible.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is taking unusually long, contact us at info@rbc-global.odoo.com.

We’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

If the package doesn’t show up within 14 days, we’ll issue a full refund including shipping.

Wrong Address

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly and the package returns to us, we may need to charge new shipping fees to resend it.

If the mistake was ours, we reship free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy


 We want you to enjoy your coffee. If something feels off, we’re here to help.

Coffee Products

Coffee is freshly roasted food, so it cannot be returned once delivered.

However, if your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply not right, write to us at

info@rbc-global.odoo.com and we’ll make it right.

Equipment & Non-Food Items

Non-food items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Non-food items carry standard manufacturer warranties.

If something arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours.

Liability

We handle your order with care, but we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external events.

Rest assured: if something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly.
