Shipping Policy


All orders are prepared and shipped from the Netherlands.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 16:00 are attempted to be shipped the same business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 16:00 or during weekends are processed the next business day.

We ship our coffee fresh. Subscriptions are delivered with up to 7 days between roast date and delivery. One-time purchases are delivered with up to 10 days between roast date and delivery.

If an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

Orders are shipped with PostNL. Estimated delivery time is 1 business day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Free shipping applies to orders over 50 euros.

European Union and Switzerland Shipping

We ship using PostNL, DPD, DHL, or GLS. Typical delivery times depending on destination are approximately 3 business days for Belgium, Germany, France, and Switzerland, and 4 or more business days for Southern and Eastern Europe.

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will review the options.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at info@granoshermanos.com. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package does not arrive after 10 business days, we will first offer a reshipment. If reshipment is not possible or you prefer not to wait, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, only the new shipping cost will be charged to resend it. If the error was on our side, the order will be reshipped at no additional cost.

Return & Refund Policy


Coffee is personal, and we want you to enjoy every cup.

Our coffee is freshly roasted food and cannot be returned once delivered.

If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or something feels clearly off, please contact us at info@granoshermanos.com. Each case is reviewed individually and we aim to reach a fair and reasonable solution.

Please note that pre-ground coffee is prepared specifically for your order and cannot be exchanged.

Subscription Policy


Subscription Model

Our coffee subscriptions are based on delivery frequency, not fixed-term commitments. Customers can choose to receive coffee every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed per delivery. Payment is processed when each subscription order is shipped, according to the selected frequency. No charges are made for future deliveries that have not yet been shipped.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be managed, paused or cancelled at any time through the customer account portal.

Cancellation

Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled shipment. Orders that have already been shipped will be charged and are not refundable.

Shipping for Subscribers

Subscription orders benefit from reduced shipping costs compared to one-time purchases. Shipping times and conditions follow our Shipping Policy.

Availability

If a coffee included in a subscription becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a coffee of equal or higher quality. Customers will be informed whenever possible.

Refunds

Subscription orders are non refundable once shipped, except in cases covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing and Payments

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped only after full payment is received. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is processed.

Orders and Agreement

An order is confirmed once payment is completed and the terms are accepted at checkout. Order confirmation is sent by email immediately after purchase.

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. If delivery is not possible within 30 days and no alternative is agreed upon, the full order amount will be refunded.

Liability

We prepare and pack every order with care. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs processes, or external events beyond our control. If an issue arises, we will work with you openly and reasonably to find a fair solution.

Privacy Policy


We collect your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, order history, and website usage data through cookies.

We use this data to process and deliver orders, communicate with you about your purchase or account, improve our website and customer experience, and meet legal and administrative requirements.

Sharing Your Data
