Established in The Hague.
Creating real value across Latin America.
About Us
We are four friends from Lima-Peru, reunited in the Netherlands by a shared purpose: building a coffee business that creates real positive impact. Focusing in Latin America.
We want to give value back where we come from by giving value to where we are today.
We focus on what we do best and work with trusted experts where it matters most.
Roasting is not our craft. Creating impact is.
Vamos, hermanos!

We partner with people alike
We know what we do best, and we know where others do better. Roasting is not our craft. Creating impact is. Coffee is never built alone. That’s why we work with partners who share our standards, values, and long term vision.
To bring out the best flavours in our coffees, we work closely with Ief & Ido Roasters, one of the most respected specialty roasters in The Hague. If not the most.
Their dedication, technical expertise, and deep understanding of coffee are reflected in every roast. Beyond the craft itself, we value their openness and willingness to share knowledge, something you can experience firsthand in their welcoming cafe.
We are proud to have Ief & Ido as our roasting partner.

Sourcing is where everything begins. Green coffee is our most valuable raw material, and we take its selection seriously.
Sourcing...
We work with Trabocca and Premium Estates Coffee because commitment to quality, and their focus on transparency and responsibility throughout the supply chain.
Through these partnerships, we source coffees with clear origin, strong traceability, and respect for the people and environments where they are grown. Over time, we have developed a shared understanding built on consistency, communication, and mutual trust.

Meet the team members
ALEXIS
Born in Peru and based in the Netherlands, Alexis swapped Peru for Europe in his 30s to study, never stopped playing basketball, and now coaches it. He mixes branding and marketing with a love for deep philosophical questions, always thinking two steps ahead.
GONZALO
Born in Lima, leaving Peru at 27 and moving through Switzerland into the Netherlands, Gonzalo has been sailing routes since childhood, first in competition, later on across complex supply chains. At Granos Hermanos, he keeps operations planned and balanced, steering the business on a steady course toward success.
RODRIGO
Born and raised in Lima, Rodrigo grew up on football kickabouts and never left home turf. He runs import and export and accounting with discipline, local insight, and a no nonsense approach that keeps coffee flowing smoothly.
RAFAEL
Rafael left Lima at 27 y.o, passed through California for studies, and landed in the Netherlands still chasing waves. With a sharp instinct for numbers and people, he leads finance and planning, always reading the market like the ocean.
Different paths, same mindset. We are coffee lovers and independent thinkers who chose not to go back to corporate bureaucracy. With solid experience and real world knowledge, we have what it takes to build Granos Hermanos with purpose and long term impact.
